
Matt is responsible for the creative direction and output of all things Revelator. He directs and edits all video content, and provides writing support to clients on many Revelator projects. Matt has been directing television commercials and corporate projects for over a decade. In recent years, Matt's advertising work has received various advertising accolades, including multiple Addy and Telly awards. Matt is also an award-winning film and music-video director. His work has screened internationally and was recently recognized by Rolling Stone. Before earning his MFA in Film Production at The University of Texas, Matt worked for renowned artist and art patron Stanley Marsh 3. Marsh, best known for his Cadillac Ranch, was a long-time creative mentor to Matt in Marsh's art collective, the Dynamite Museum.
Chris is responsible for overseeing all day to day production at Revelator, from bidding and pre-production through output and delivery. Chris has been a producer on award-winning commercials, critically acclaimed independent films, and numerous projects for the web, for more than a decade. In 2009, he produced John Bryant's The Overbrook Brothers for Tom Borders' Sixth Street Films, which was purchased by IFC Films. Recently, Chris served as the Executive Producer on The Happy Poet, a film that played more than 40 international festivals and markets, while he also production managed Bryan Poyser's The Fickle, a project for USA Networks' Character Project. In 2010, Chris was selected as 1 of 10 Narrative Lab Fellows by IFP (Independent Filmmaker Project), for his project Melvin, chosen for it's creative vision and promise.
